职位描述

Responsibilities:

Administers wage and salary programs and conducts general South Asia market wage surveys to recommend annual wage and salary rate movements to local management and the Corporate Personnel Department.
Studies employee benefit trends within the market and government regulations and initiates changes and analyses cost impact upon the operation.
Creates or revises job descriptions and job summaries for new/changed jobs. Recommends the job evaluations and rankings to local management and Corporate Personnel.
Prepares annual salary increase range recommendations based on industrial survey results and the Company's pay position.
Provides supports to HR VP when processing annual salary adjustments to ensure they are in line with the increase budget and the principle of internal equity.
Prepares and monitors the annual forecast for the company's basic pay and other compensation payments. Updates the forecast on a periodic basis during the year.
Assists the HR VP in the formulation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Conducts training on the company's compensation and benefit programs for managers or employees such as housing fund management, performance management, salary policy and the various incentive programs, and ensures their implementation.
Maintains the HR Information System through user satisfaction/needs study, effective communication with software house/IS Dept. and report generation on timely basis.
Consolidates company headcount turnover reports on monthly basis.
Conducts ad hoc surveys to determine industrial human resources practices as required.
Participates in human Resources professional associations and attends periodic meetings to share/exchange information and ideas.
Performs other projects or assignments as requested by the HR VP.


Requirements:

This position requires a bachelor degree in statistics or management along with minimum 8 years of experience in the Human Resources function and 5 years solid C&B experience.
The incumbent must be highly analytical, proactive, systematic and a good counselor and team player.
The incumbent should also have good PC processing and English skills and possess HR information system knowledge.
