Sales Director, Ocean Optics ASPAC



Mission: Provide the leadership necessary to ensure a highly competent, interactive sales team that consistently delivers annual plan for Ocean Optics in ASPAC region, through world-class Direct, OEM and Distributor field sales, application support, customer service and inside sales.



Channels: Direct, OEM and Distribution



Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate sales team to reach the monthly, quarterly and yearly commitment
Ensure A+ human resources and materials are in place
Maintain good relationships with key distributors, OEMs and customers
Develop sales organization that aligns with regional and global strategy
Implement a sales methodology / process that all sales will follow and ensure all sales is trained in the process / methodology

REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Bio-science, Environmental Engineering, Physics, Photonics and Semiconductor Engineering)
10+ years application and sales experience in related industry
5+ years successful people management experience
Spoken and written excellent Chinese and English is a must, other langue skill is preferred such as Korean, Japanese etc.

With direct or indirectly experience with China, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
Worked in a management matrix
Lived in China
ISO processes
Visual/Oracle/SAP ERP systems

Basic computer skills
