职位描述：
TASKS OR MISSIONS
?Support Quality Incurrence Manager builds up, implement and maintenance the ISO9001 QM, make sure the all the system process are built up and maintained.
?Support every department writing procedures and working instructions. And follow up the progress status.
?Responsible for the System Documents control, document validation, distribution, retention, revision, abolish and reclaim.
?Check the format of quality record for every department, responsible for monitor and control all the quality records
?Support Quality Incurrence Manager (SHE supervisor) do the annual audit plan(internal and external), prepare the check list for the auditing, write NCR if any nonconformity founded.
?Monitoring the running status of system, make some proposal for the improvement. Supporting to prepare the management review plan and management review report. Follow up the corrective and preventive action status.
?Support the management of nonconformance report; follow up the corrective and preventive action status.
?Support to the NNSA qualification (later ASME)
?ISO 14001 和OHSA18001 的认证Support safety supervisor for ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system qualification
?Other quality assurance related works

EDUCATION:
?At least bachelor degree with mechanical, metallurgy or material related major.
?More than 3 year of similar experiences
?Familiar with ISO9001 standards requirement.
?Have internal audit certificate, have done at least 2 times internal audit.
?Good in Word and Excel, have the skill to manage the documents.

INTERPERSONNAL SKILLS:
?Good communication skills
?Result oriented with developed team spirit
?Serious, insist on the rules

LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE :
?Chinese : Required
