岗位职责Job Description:
？？依据XXX品牌中国及品牌中心的年度商业目标，制定年度市场计划、绩效目标及市场工作计划
？？处理公关危机，维护媒体关系
？？依据市场部门分解的绩效目标,跟踪、及时调整、考核绩效,确保员工达成绩效目标
？？依据市场部门年度目标制定年度市场部门人员规划
？？培养市场团队
？？根据地区性市场行情及销售和售后部门的库存情况策划针对性的促销活动
？？提升公司品牌形象，开拓公司合作伙伴
？？合理制定市场活动的年度预算，并在实际操作中严格控制和监控费用支出，努力达到市场费用使用的效益最大化
？？Develop annual marketing plan, performance targets and marketing work plan in accordance with the annual Business Plan of XXX Centre
？？Deal with PR crisis. Maintain positive relationships with the media
？？Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the performance according to the performance target breakdown of the Marketing department to ensure that the Marketing team achieve the performance targets
？？Generate the annual workforce plans of the Marketing department in line with the annual objectives
？？Develop the Marketing team
？？Deliver targeted promotions according to local marketing situation and the stock of sales & aftersales department
？？Promote company‘s brand image, develop new partners for cooperation
？？Make a reasonable annual budget for marketing activities, monitor and control the expense in daily operation to maximize the effectiveness

任职资格 Qualification:
？？具有相关专业本科学历者优先
？？至少三年汽车零售/奢侈品行业或豪华车市场部管理经验，如有跨国汽车零售行业相同工作经验者优先
？？热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；能够理解并发扬XXX的品牌理念、形象和特点，有领导能力及应变能力，有较强的观察能力及服务意识并善于为客户着想
？？英语沟通能力佳者优先考虑
？？具有丰富的领导及管理团队的经验
？？优秀的客户服务意识以及快速与人建立联系良好关系的能力
？？College degree required, university degree preferred
？？At least 3-year experience working in a marketing department of an automobile dealership, marketing in an international or luxury brand experience preferred
？？Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work; Understand and advocate the value, image and features of XXX brand; with leadership; ability to manage difficult situations; with insight, service focus, customer-oriented
？？Communication skills in English is a plus
？？Proven experience in leading and managing teams
