职位描述：
工作职责：
1.根据集团战略规划和品牌策略，参与客户需求及活动方案的沟通，进行各大中型活动的提案策划，撰写活动提案，提交上级领导及内外部客户审阅，及根据客户的需要进行现场演讲演示；
2.具有策划国际品牌活动经验及拥有相关资源；
3.根据通过的活动提案，策划活动方案、活动预算计划，编写成本控制分析报告、进行活动分工安排等；
4.组织执行活动方案，协调及沟通各部门、客户、供应商，确保各项工作按活动方案执行，确保物资、人员准备到位；
5.协助上级，完善团队分工，按各项项目的需要，安排相应人手配合，令活动顺利完成；
6.协助上级，在组内，创造“专业愉悦”的工作氛围，维护团队团结，以免人才流失。
7.根据活动的需求，沟通创意设计组，或直接沟通供应商，提供供应商及其产品选择意见给上级领导审核；
8.对于直接跟进的供应商，跟进签订供应商合同，跟进费用报销；
9.审核验收供应商交付的活动物资，确保质量；
10.在日常工作中和与供应商的合作中控制成本和费用；

任职资格：
1.本科或以上学历
2.五年以上知名品牌活动项目管理经验，有2年以上团队管理经验，有在公关公司、4A广告公司工作经历者优先考虑
3.熟练运用office软件；流利的广东话和普通话，流利的英语口语沟通及书写能力
4.良好的职业道德和操守，很强的责任感、执行力和服务意识，较强的管理及应变、决策能力，良好的协调与沟通能力，分析问题解决问题的能力，较好的审美能力，较高的主动性及良好的学习精神 举报 分享
