职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Create item specific forecast over a rolling time horizon to be used for ordering and inventory management purposes;
2. Release PO based on monthly SOP figures to supplier on time;
3. Follow up open PO delivery weekly;
4. Continuously improvement for OTD performance;
5. Inventory management and Inventory reduce plan;
6. Negotiation Lead time and MOQ with suppliers;
7. Work closely with production planner and sales team;
8. Coordinator with Sourcing and SQE;

Requirement:
1. Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above;
2. Experience: 5 years work with purchasers positions;Engineering academic background
3. Must be knowledgeable in planning and forecasting system (MRP/ERP) Good knowledge for all activities for Technical purchasers
4. Excellent analytical abilities;Solid BOM experience
