Brand Activation Manager - for a famous German baby formula brand
Major Responsibilities:
- Support to do brands’ management and strategy planning; esp. communication execution, promotion concept development
- Responsible for digital platform communication campaign (communication/promotion/media planning, launch planning & execution), ensure flawless execution and post-launch tracking
- Conduct brand/segment analysis in terms of brand healthiness tracking, post launch evaluation
- Take care of research and competitor study to gain consumer & competitor understanding
- Work with global team to align with each deliverable
- Work with MKT cross function for brand communication, planning, brand KPI and etc.
- Work with creative agency, media agency for campaign planning and execution
- Work with distributor partner for information sharing and detailed activation mechanism discussion
Basic Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with major in economics, or marketing / sales
- At least 4 years’ working experience in FMCG/consulting, with product management/marketing/trade marketing background, experience in mom baby category preferred
- Proven experience for agency/distribution partner management
- Strong numerical sense and data analysis ability, logical thinking
- Good command of oral and written English, proficient in MS Office system
- Able to manage workload and urgent requests, identify priorities
- Team player, able to work seamlessly with key functions e.g. global team, & trade partners
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible and open-minded, quick thinking and learning
