职位描述：
Position Keywords: senior developer for fabric sourcing and promoting and developing
Job Function: develop fabric/Accessories

Responsibilities:
1.Well understand brand design image and seasonal trend info, well understand designer needs, sourcing right suppliers and large range of fabric collections and promote to designer with good design image and competitive price.

2.Daily communication with development team in head office, exactly understand the brand development targets include quality standard ,style, schedule , cost etc. and fast response to every request.

3.Communicate efficiently with suppliers, follow up with H/L , S/O, L/D…ensure on-time delivery and sample approval, price negotiation.

4.anticipate potential quality problem during development stage and find the way to solve it before bulk production.

1,了解品牌的风格趋向，正确理解设计师的要求, 寻找合适的供应商和吻合的系列面料提供推介给设计师。


2, 与国外开发部日常沟通, 了解品牌面辅料开发的要素(品质/风格/进度/成本),迅速对开发部的要求作出反应和跟进。
 
3，有效地和供应商沟通，带领监督组员跟进色样，手刮样，销售样，品质测试样的进度和样板的确认。价格的商讨。
 
4，预见品质问题，尽量在开发阶段控制好并在大货前找到办法克服解决问题。

5， Requirement:
1.Textile or design relative college are preferred,
2. Have more than 3 years work experiences in fabric industry, well understand kid’s and ladies fabric character and fabric production process, have sense of fashion trend of textile. preferable in experience of fabric development for Europe garment brand.
3. Have a healthy personality, strong team work spirit, management knowledge.
4. Excellent English ability in written and oral

1、 大专以上学历，纺织、服装,设计相关专业优先；
2、 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力 。
3、 具有三年以上纱线、面料，辅料开发经验，熟悉欧洲童装、 女装面料的特性和要求。 熟悉面料的生产流程。 对时尚有敏锐触觉。优秀的谈判能力和理解能力。 有欧洲著名服装品牌的面料开发经验.对欧洲服装有一定的理解能力。
4、 品行端正、上进心强，具有良好的服务意识以及团队合作精神；适应能力强，有管理意识.
