职位描述：
MISSION
？ The System Architecture and Components Engineer support the activities of his department and its development
engineers, if any.
？ He/she has to ensure that the technical content of our fuel systems is being developed to support new and future
customer requirements. He/she has to work within project constraints (time, cost and quality).
？ He/she must provide support in the field of design, validation and manufacturing.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Develop and maintain POAI expertise for components and fuel system with a global spectrum.
？ After common understanding with PAE of the program constraints (time, specification, cost, quality), he is
responsible for the development and the validation of the requested components.
？ Follow carefully worldwide regulations, specifications, etc…
？ Share technical information within the R&D department and with other POAI centers, support the synergy relevant
groups.
？ Develop complex component with supplier and ensure that the component meet the CTS by analyzing supplier’
DFMEA, open issues, DVP&R and test results; support the PAE for the release of the drawing.
？ Provide technical support during RFQ phase (permeation estimate…)
？ Support the PAE for authoring the Component Technical Specification (CTS) of complex component
？ In charge of patent/UM related activity.
？ Minimize complexity across all platforms and customer centers.
？ Support the RFQ process and the research of new suppliers in conjunction with purchasing.
？ Support the development of design guidelines and best practices, global Synergy team and KM, drive bench
marking activity.
？ Analyze standards (OEM, GB, SAE…)
？ Propose ways to reduce cost, time and improve the product final quality.
？ Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
？ Must successfully complete all POAI required training.
？ Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.
？ Support and follow the POAI quality system.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Personal Background
？ Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Material)
？ Three to Five years related business, Auto industry experience, fuel system is preferred
Skills & Abilities
？ Be familiar with the process of injection, punching, blow molding, GD&T
？ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
？ Excellent problem-solving skills
？ Good understanding of quality process and tools
？ Very good knowledge of Fuel System Design
？ Ability to read engineering drawings
？ Basic understanding of the capabilities of common CAE systems
？ Basic understanding of common metrology techniques used in manufacturing and laboratory environments
？ Computer proficient (MS Office and Project)
