Job Profile:
? Apply RS policy and procedures in mothercare supply chain by coordinating with new supplier/ factory approval process and making sure each existing factory to renew ethical audit in time according to mothercare requirements.
? Maintain and ensure RS factory master database are up-to-date and supply necessary statistic as requested.
? Follow up with suppliers’ corrective action plan for high risk non-compliances and escalate outstanding non-compliances to RS Manager.
? Participated in RS projects and training if needed.
? Give support to RS Manager or RS officers.
Job Requirement:
? 2ys+ working experience in foreign enterprise.
? Good communication in Mandarin and English is essential.
? Excellence in interpersonal skill and communication skills
? Strong PC skills.
? Experience on social compliance audit (code of conduct audit) is preferable.
? Knowledge of ICTI, SMETA and ETI audit is preferable.
