职位描述：
1.1 Involved in PL brand's product process (product sourcing - analysis of the specifications; testing and formula adjustments; tiral run and label/nutrition design).
1.2 Capable of working with crossing function to lead quality improvement and conduct regulatory compliance review.
1.3 To organize, manage R&D and quality activities in PL product to ensure consistent compliance with Chinese food laws, regulations and standards."
2.1 Provide technical expertise with PL products, about the quality and safety.
2.2 Communicate effectively with plant R&D and Operation team to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing production.
2.3 Support to communicate and respond to local customer on the questions about product.
2.4 Answer the questions from customs and related sales team regarding products ingredients, quality and manufacturing process, etc…
2.5 Ensure product quality and performance remains at par with the standard we have accredited from the start."
3.1 Trace and drive acheivement of targets.
3.2 Weekly and monthly technical report.
职位要求：
1.At least 5 years experience in food industry of dairy product with R&D or quality experience;
2.Good knowledge of dairy food product technical background;
3.Good knowledge of National and International Food regulations and quality standard;
4.Good knowledge of Quality Management System, HACCP and GMP Standard;
