? Coordinate new-hire process including reception of new hires, orientation, medical checks.
? Provide administrative support for the recognition programs in the hotel.
? Maintain inventory of office materials and replenish as necessary.
? Provide administrative support for special projects: Associate Party, Associate Appreciation Week etc including writing and distributing notes from committee members, preparation of advertising materials, placing orders for necessary materials, keep track of sponsored gifts, vouchers, travel tickets etc.
? Edit and distribute the Daily Packet (Basics, Daily Newsletter).
? Keep Human Resources notice-boards updated and interesting. Ensure that Speak Out forms are replenished as necessary.
? Always speak in a warm friendly manner.
