Marketing Superviso 市场主管

Job description

*Provide regular trainings, Create and update sales tools and marketing materials to equip the sales/marketing team with comprehensive and professional information.

*Visit potential customers to support key project development; oversea trip in Asia is required;

*Communicates with suppliers and provide regular reports, ask for information to better support internal sales team;

*Conduct competitive analysis to identify customer needs including product review and market analysis. Develop insights across multiple studies and competitive information to impact strategy and decision making;

*Work cross-functionally across sales and marketing to achieve project objectives;

*Organize big promotion activities such as seminars, trade shows, exhibitions etc.

Required Skills/Knowledge

*Team work spirit as well as independence;

*Good presentation skills

*Solid knowledge of marketing principles and research techniques;

*Skilled in use of graphics, databases and related software;

*Analytical and research skills and ability to review and interpret large amounts of data and provide insight regarding observable trends; Sensitive to data quality, discipline and reliability;

*Fluency in written and spoken English/Mandarin

Education/Experience

*Bachelor/University degree in Chemical and related field ;

*At least 5 years of working experience in personal care industry
