SUMMARY 职位总概述:

Strengthen the capabilities of Quality Assurance by providing technical and administrative involvement to the engineering team in improving quality and yield of the products.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES基本工作职责:



1. Monitor process yields and conduct analysis throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions;

2. Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality;

3. Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means;

4. Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift. This communication might include inspection instructions, customer complaints, production scheduling, or other specific instructions;

5. Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies. Provide the appropriate level of feedback,

support and coaching;

6. Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminar for the Quality Assurance staff, including direct employees;

7. Ensure consistency in Quality report generation, line audit carried out for all models and oversee all process improvements, technology, jigs and fixture to be implemented to all projects when feasible;

8. Determine the qualification / inspection requirement for first article of raw materials, review and disposition the First Article Inspection Report;

9. Make and review inspection plan for raw materials, define the inspection items, and create inspection plan;

10. Follow & solve all kinds of quality issues from IQC/IPQC/OQC, Support & coach the inspectors;

11. Hold the quality meeting with related departments to drive continuous quality improvement;

12. Analyze quality issue and prepare reports including quality metrics monitoring;

13. Participate ISO9000 quality system construction and maintenance;

14. Lead the quality issue tracking, analysis, solving, verification, Drive CA & PA for continuous improvement;

15. Follow Supervisor’s other job assignment;




EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 学历和经验要求:

1. Degree/Diploma in engineering discipline, preferable 3 years experience in the Quality related or engineering field.

2. Working knowledge of electronic products, results oriented attitude, achieve through team concept skills/activities.

3. Strong foundation and knowledge of ISO9000 quality system


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES 其它技能和能力要求

Good at office software;
Good communication skills;
At least CET Band-4 passed, good at reading & writing;
Honest, positive, foot on ground
