岗位职责：

1.按照公司HSE的要求，带领生产班组完成各项生产操作；

Lead the production shift team to execute the operation according to the HSE rules and requirements

2.按生产计划组织班组人员进行生产，合理安排人员保证生产正常有序；

Organize and optimize the production shift team to achieve the production plan

3.负责在线质量检测，保证良好的产品质量；

Charge on line quality test to ensure good quality product

4.协助维修人员完成相关的设备保养及维护并协助维修人员及时排除设备故障；
Assist maintenance colleagues to carry out relative routine prevention maintenance job and fix the equipment failure

5.监控设备及工艺运行情况，及时排除各种异常情况
Surveillance the running condition of equipment and process, eliminate the abnormal situation in time

6.负责与仓库的交接，负责生产中的领料、退料。

Be in charge of receiving and return of raw materials and finished goods with warehouse

7.负责生产数据记录、物料平衡、车间良好的5S和卫生以及班组人员管理
Be in charge of data record、material balance、good housekeeping and 5S in workshop and people management of shift team

8.与公司其他部门和人员沟通协调，完成各项工作
Communicate and cooperate with other departments to carry out company tasks

9.在办公室人员不在的情况下，负责处理任何工厂内发生的意外和紧急情况;

Be responsible for handling any accidents and emergency during the absence of office staff

岗位要求：

1.大专以上毕业，具备3年以上相关行业工作经验；

College graduate or above, at least 3 years'experience in plastic or chemical industry

2.具备良好的生产班组管理技巧和经验；
Good shift team management skill and experience

3.具备团队精神，善于沟通协调，能吃苦耐劳，工作严谨认真；

Being team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, Be considerate and could work under pressure

4.具备领导团队能力，能够合理分配人员工作；

With leading ability to assign works for operators

5.基本的英语沟通能力;

Basic communication ability in English.
