技术经理
工作职责:
1.技术交流
-金或银级保时捷资格证书或者同等资格证书,为技工,工头,销售顾问和售后经理提供技术支持。
-为需要的客户提供技术咨询。
-协调进口商和售后服务公司之间的汽车技术问题。
-具体工作步骤遵守技术指南和工作手册。
-参与解决技术问题和质量控制检查。
-与其他经销商处理技术交流问题。
-负责和保持所有与技术相关的媒介和进口商。
2.过程控制
-开通工作卡以后,在对话框里为销售顾问提供咨询
-必要时,监测售后服务公司的工作,给予技术指导。
-与其他员工参与试车监测和质量检查工作
-检查返回工作,并作分析。
-在项目过程控制中为工头和售后服务经理提供咨询。
-在售后服务公司定期进行质量监测和过程控制的内部测试,制定改进计划。
-监测和分析返工工作。
-进行培训或者计划,预防返工工作。
3.技术支持
-在现场,为技术团队提供机械故障诊断及处理的支持。
-提供充分和明确的信息,为车间、车身和油漆员工修复项目过程。
-准备技术操作中的现货训练
-找到新的有效解决途径后,制作维修手册或者技术检查报告。
-从PPN上收集和提供最新技术信息并有效的传播给每一位技术工人。
-必要时提供汽车维修现场支持。
-管理发现问题时确保健康和安全规章得到遵循。
4.技术员的培训及发展
-制定管理人员月度和年度计划,利用保时捷中国的培训策略培训协调员。
-监督协调员培训过程,需要时在网站上进行特殊培训。
-参加技师技能评估和提供咨询。
-为技术员工及学徒提供个人技术发展计划建议。
-参加保时捷中国中心的技术研讨会和必要的培训课程。
-提供新的产品信息,根据管理需要培训所有的非技术员工包括销售人员。
职位要求:
1. 5年以上的技术工作经验。
2. 大专或以上学历,汽车工程或相关工作经验,在正规公司有5年以上的技术经理工作经验。

Job Duties:
1. Technical communication
- Provide the technical consultation to the mechanics, SAs, foreman and after sales manager
- Provide the technical advisory to the customers when necessary
- Coordinate between importer and workshop on the car technical problems.
- Work on the technical guideline and work manual for particular jobs and steps
- Participate the technical problem solving and its quality control/check
- Handle the technical communications with other dealers to find ways in problem solving
- Be responsible and maintain all technical related communication mediums with the importer.
2. Process monitoring
- Give the advisory to SAs at the dialog bay when open the job card
- Monitor the jobs in workshop and give instruction when necessary
- Participate the road test and quality check with other staffs
- Check on the return jobs and give an analysis
- Give advisory to the foreman and after sales service manager on the process controlling
- Conduct regular internal tests to monitor quality and process adherence within workshop, then formulate action plans for improvement.
- Monitor rework and analyse rework.
- Develop actions/training to prevent rework.
3. Technical support
- Provide the onsite support to the mechanics team in diagnosis and trouble shooting
- Provide the full and clear information and repair process to workshop and body and paint shop staff.
- Provide on-hand coaching on the technical operations
- Work out the repair manual or TI report after new effective solutions found
- Collect and offer the latest technical information from PPN to each mechanic in an effective way
- Provide field support of car repair when necessary
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to- escalate to management when issues are found.
4. Technician training and development
- Develop the monthly and annual plan with managers and training coordinator in the line with PCN training strategy
- Monitor the training progress with coordinator and conduct special training on site when necessary
- Participate the technician skill assessment and provide advice.
- Advise the individual technical development plan for mechanics and apprentices with after sales service manager
- Attend the technical seminar and necessary training course from PCN on behalf of centre, and pass on to workshop
- Provide new product info training to all non-technical staff including sales staff when requested to do so by management.
Requirements:
-Above 5 years in a technical role
-Degree or diploma in automotive engineering or related experience level : Above 5 years a Technical manager in a reputable organisation
-Training background a bonus
- Good communicator
- Good interpersonal skills
- high proficiency of Cantonese
- Good at Mandarin
- Good of English Speaking and Writing
-High quality focus
-Very good reporting skills
-Good at MS office software
-Able to deal with high pressure situations
