职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION

1) To make a draft of job advertisement and choose proper recruiting channel to fill out the requested vacancies upon the detailed requirements related to company development and mentioned by hiring managers.

2) To conduct the first screening of resumes and arrange interviews.

3) To send thanks letter to unsuccessful candidates and communicate with selected candidates for their health check up and other commencement arrangement.

4) To be fully responsible for indirect labor’s recruiting issues, including contacting related job agencies to find suitable candidates and set up long-term relationship for back up use of indirect labor.

5) To handle related new hire employment issues and related resignation issues related to labor bureau.

6) To conduct daily routine work of staffing function.

7) To complete and update HR reports related to recruiting, staffing.

8) To provide full support and assistance to HR dept when there is any requirement


GENERAL REQUIREMENT

1) Basic computer skill, PC usage in office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.

2) Good team player and high responsibility;

3) Good relationship with all kinds of recruiting channels and labor bureau;

4) Can work under pressure and overtime

5) Ability to read, write and interpret documents, rules and policies and report skills for routine mails and correspondence; 举报 分享
