Join the team



• Plan, execute and optimize digital and traditional marketing tactics, and align partners’ marketing to deliver against the SMSG priorities

• Balance global and local execution requirements and develop effective marketing strategies in partnership with Enterprise Marketing to optimize To-Customer and Partner-Led marketing impact





Impact



Partner Enablement:

• Drive partner’s marketing transformation by building digital marketing capabilities (social, web, mobile, search) and usage of the customer journey (25%)

Partner Planning

• Develop joint digital marketing plans with high-touch Cloud JumpStart Partners (Inspire & Optimize) and programmatically engage with low-touch partners (25%)

• Conduct quarterly portfolio planning assessment to ensure high-touch partners are executing as expected; add/remove high-touch partners based on assessment

• Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing to develop a joint marketing plan for Corporate Accounts that includes a balance of CAM-S and CTM, emphasizing partner-led marketing in CTM (5%)





Market and Sell



• Drive the “Activate” section of the Enterprise & CRM Online Partner Operating Framework, aligned to the CA Crossover (Activate, Inspire & Optimize) Sales Motion:

• Plan  Generate Leads  Develop opportunities & close  Drive deployment & consumption  Upsell, cross sell and renew (25%)

• Help partners maximize lead opportunities from Microsoft by leveraging Pinpoint and syndication (5%)



Programs

• Measure thru-partner marketing impact on pipeline and return on investment by partner deals and closed revenue (5%)

• Participate in partner pipeline reviews, marketing connections and sales ROBs to enhance opportunity velocity and/or and implement corrections of error to achieve revenue targets (5%)

• Execute marketing pilots and programs (5%)

• Demonstrates strong digital marketing (social, search, mobile, web) expertise

• Offers deep ecosystem and market insight, including the competitor landscape, knowledge of partner business models, the Microsoft Partner Network; priority workload growth opportunities and channel incentives

• Has deep marketing insight and expertise in developing, executing and monitoring strategic business and marketing plans against standard campaigns that deliver outstanding return on investment (ROI) and drive impact

• Strong collaboration across sales, marketing & with partners
