职位描述：
工作描述

1. 根据MRP开具采购订单，与供应商、物流、客户沟通，及时调整出货日期及出货数量；
2. 优化物料供应，确保按时出货，控制存货水平；
3. 维护ERP中供应链系统数据，确保价格，主供应商，交期，付款条款等数据准确
4. 管理供应商交期，仓库收货，评估供应商的表现（准时交货，数量，质量）；
5. 跟进交期和质量，达到客户满意；
6. 询价，在系统中维护非常规场频的价格数据
所需技能：
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 至少2年跨国公司采购工作经验；
3. 熟悉ERP, MRP,MS Excel;
4. 良好的英文写作和口语
5. 积极的工作态度，快速的学习能力
6. 有驾照及自有车辆者优先考虑。
Purchasing Specialist Job Description
1. Issue and managing PO based on the MRP result, communicate with supplier, logistic and customer and adjust the PO delivery date and quantity timely.
2.Optimizing and managing the material supplying, ensuring the on-time delivery with right quality and inventory level
3.Maintaining the system data, to ensure accurate data setting in system like pricing, main supplier, LT, terms, SS and so on.
4.Managing supplier delivery and WH receiving and prepare payment application.
5.Evaluating and managing the suppliers’ performance (on time delivery, quantity and quality).
6.Follow up supplier delivery and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
7.RFQ for some special items and manage price data on System8. Communicate within the department to achieve smooth running of the jobs of the department.
9.Communicate with all functions and make necessary assistance.
Skills:
1. College degree or above
2. At least 2 years international enterprise work experience in purchasing
3. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
4. Familiar with ERP and MRP system and MS-Excel
5. Good writing and oral English is must
6. Positive attitude under big work pressure
7. Acts proactively to make things happen in the organization.
8. Strives to take over new tasks
9. Good learning capability
