Job post: Logistics Executive ( 物流主任 )
Job Description:

1. Shipment arrangement - To ensure all shipments appropriately moved.
2. Shipping documentation - To prepare all relative documents, include: place booking, provide customs required document, proforma invoice & packing list, delivery note, send shipping advice as customers’ request.
3. Shipments follow up - To track and maintain shipping schedule on forwarders’ tracking system ensuring visibility for teams.
4. Prepare shipment reports; record all freight charges to this report. Give management team the freight report for inbound & outbound shipments periodically.
5. Provide all suppliers with clear instructions on what is expected regarding documentation, educating non-conforming suppliers to achieve improved documentation flow.
6. Communicate with warehouse to assist the management of stocking, smooth the workflow in warehouse operation.
7. Assist in the daily issues and enquiries from personnel with in the trading functions. Get quotation from forwarder for sample shipments or standard shipments by courier/sea/air.
Work with freight forwarder on solutions for ensuring the cargo moves on the first available flight or vessel; follow up the payment to forwarder.
8. Update freight part in weekly Sales Report timely.
