We are looking for the following position to be based in Guangzhou
Position: Reservation & Ticketing Assistant: 1

Responsibility:

  1. To assist the Area Manager to operate that reservation & Ticketing Section in a smooth manner in conformation of company standard & procedure
  2. To issue ticket with the correct fares in conformation with company standards and procedures
  3. To perform reservation duties in confirmation to the required standards and procedures set by the company
  4. To ensure Ticket Sales collection are tallied with tickets and to hand over such collection to cashier on a daily basis
  5. To assist to make reservation and issue other document e.g. GH packages, City Stay, PTA, STPC vouchers etc
  6. To assist in making Hotel accommodation in South China as and when the needs arise e.g. during flight delays etc
  7. To ensure the ticketing counters and its vicinity is always clear and presentable and the brochures racks are always stocked with literatures for disposition to passengers
  8. Other tasks as and when required by the company

Requirements:

  1. College diploma or degree holders
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome
  3. With industry working experience an advantage
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. High computer literacy and excellent presentation skills
  6. Self-motivated and highly result-oriented
  7. Good written/spoken English and Mandarin, ability to communicate in other language will be useful.
