职位描述：
XT Chinasavvy Metal Manufacturing Company, a subsidiary of Chinasavvy, is specialized in assembly, inspection and storage of metal and plastic products. We are recruiting an Assembly Line Leader to manage the workers.
本公司属下金属产品制造有限公司厂房面积约1800平方米，主要从事五金、塑料产品的组装，检验和仓储。 现正招聘生产领班， 欢迎有志之士加入！


生产领班 Assembly Line Leader

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1) Assist the Factory Manager on daily management of assembly line
  协助工厂经理进行装配线的日常管理
2) Familiar with assembly line operation process, oversee the operators to follow the Work Instruction
  熟悉装配线的作业流程，监督工人是否按作业指导书进行操作
3) According to the daily production task, arrange appropriate staffing and job assignments
  根据每天生产任务的要求，合理安排出勤人数和任务分配
4) Finish the daily production report, take notes of the data regarding the operator’s attendance and violation of discipline, etc.
  整理当天的生产报表以及员工的出勤、违纪等情况；
5) Timely solve the abnormal situation of production, and report to Factory Manager
  及时处理生产中的异常情况，并向工厂经理报告；
6) Train the new operator for work starting, train the operators for the assembly process of new products
  培训新员工上岗，培训员工掌握新产品的装配工艺；
7) Keep the production site on 6S standard condition, be responsible for the safety of production site
  保持生产现场6S标准状态，为生产现场的安全负责；
 

Qualifications 任职资格：
1. Polytechnic school or senior high school graduate, preference on mechanics and electronics
  中专或高中以上学历，机械、电子类相关专业优先
2. At least 2 years of work experience in metal or electronic factory, has ability to lead a team for production
  有二年以上的五金厂或电子厂工作经验者，有带小组组织生产作业的能力
3. Ability to read the process documents and quality specifications
  能看懂制程文件和质量规格书
4. Have ability to manage with 5Ss, keep the production site clean and orderly
  具备5S管理能力，使生产现场整洁有序
5. Ability to apply the tools of 5W1H、5WHY、PDCA to solve the production issue
  具备5W1H、5WHY、PDCA等生产问题分析解决工具的应用能力
6. Have ability to use MS office software
  能使用微软办公软件
7. Acceptable level of English understanding
  一定的英语认知能力
