Contract Duration:
Oct.15, 2012- Apr. 14, 2013

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Take over bookkeeping GL, AP , AR;
2. Monitor cash flows and costs calculation;
3. Handle taxation issue, VAT and invoices;
4. Handle import/export related procedure;
5. Manage budget plan and analysis;
6. Develop and execute internal controlling system;
7. Monitor annual audit process;
8. Prepare finance reports in accord with requirements from local government in China and headquarters in Germany;
9. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
10. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. University degree, major in Accounting or similar relevant background;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufactory with at least 2 years experience in managerial position;
3. Good knowledge of China Tax issues, VAT, import/export, tax refund etc;
4. Good knowledge of ERP system and application;
5. Good English skills in writing and speaking;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
