职位描述：

岗位职责：

*Provide daily on-site legal support for legal issues raised by all the business teams in Asia

*Support corporate projects in Asia, including copyrights registration, trade mark registration, Franchise contracts, DIP and all regulation Franchise;

*Review shopping mall contracts and follow up all administrative issues with landlords and maintain Contract Management System;

*Assist Legal Manager to handle related legal disputes, including labor dispute include preparing or reviewing all contracts and agreements;

*Support Store Opening and Business License Application;

*Prepare and provide legal alert to related teams

*Support Administration daily duties of Legal department

岗位要求：

*3 years of relevant experience gained from large multinational corporations

*With experience in relevant Asia legal practices and requirements

*Self-motivated and capable of identifying and resolving legal and business issues, appropriately balancing legal issues with business risk

*Sense of internal service, professionalism, and ability to work closely with internal clients at all levels

*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and deliver results

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin

*Good team spirit and service sense with Strong sense of responsibility
