岗位职责:
1.贯彻公司的政策,支持质量改进活动,提高客户的满意度和业务成果
2.加强SKF的企业文化并培养一个积极的工作环境、帮助新同事融入SKF环境
3.实施适当的增值管理的政策和措施,支持业务需求,同时确保高效的日常运作
4.执行适当的安全措施,如防火、防盗,保护公司的资产,包括硬件、软件、文档、文件等。
5.保持SKF北京办事处的专业形象,确保高质量、高效率的前台工作,执行高标准的清洁工作和专业的沟通方式。
6.更新代表处业务/税务登记,按照有关规定,反映企业的最新状况。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,五年以上工作经验
2.良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,能与各级人员沟通
3.高度的责任感和敬业
4.能高效管理工作的规划、协调、沟通和解决问题
5.流利的书面和口头英语和普通话
6.熟悉电脑操作

Key Responsibilities:
 
Cascade all company policies & practices and support quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results
Reinforce the SKF culture and cultivate a positive working climate in the offices and help the new colleagues to integrate into the SKF environment
Implement appropriate value added administrative policies and practices to support business needs while ensuring the daily operation with high efficiency in his/her supervised offices
Execute proper safety and security measures such as fire prevention and anti-theft, to protect the Company’s assets including hardware, documents, files, software, etc.
Maintain a professional and consistent SKF image of Beijing office by ensuring front desk work in high quality and efficiency, a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and professional communication manners in the offices.
Update representative office business/tax registration in accordance with relevant regulations, to reflect the latest status of company .
 
Required skills and working experience:
 
 Bachelor degree is required
 At least 5 years working experience in office administration
 High ethics
 Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to communicate with all levels of people
 High sense of responsibility and able to work into details
 High competency on work planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving
 Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
 Familiar with PC operations
