一.职位职责

1. Responsible for daily general ledger booking except AP, including accounts receivable, revenue, fixed asset, project in progress, accrual, other payable, taxes payable，expenses etc.

负责除应付帐款外的日常财务记账事宜，如应收帐款，收入，固定资产，在建工程，预提费用, 其他应付款项，应交税金, 各项费用等。

2. Perform monthly closing activities, and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve open items

负责月末结帐事宜，并编制月度会计科目调节表，跟进挂账科目的处理。

3. Assist finance manager to implement the ERP system finance module, and in charge of daily maintenance of finance module after implementation.

协助财务经理实施ERP系统中财务模块的上线工作,并负责上线后的各项财务模块的维护工作。

4. Own fixed assets management, coordinate and organize half year fixed assets count.

负责固定资产管理，协调并组织每半年度的固定资产盘点。

5. Assist finance manager to provide all kinds of financial data for analysis and reporting purpose.

协助财务经理提供各项财务基础数据以供财务分析和报告之用。

6. Perform other related duties assigned by finance manager.

其他本部门财务经理安排的工作。

二．职位要求

1. Bachelor degree，Finance accounting Major requirement. Over three years work experience in GL in multi-national companies

本科及以上学历，财务会计专业, 三年以上跨国公司总帐处理实操工作经验。

2. Experience of ERP system -finance module implementation.

有ERP系统财务模块的上线实施工作经验。

3. Good English in writing and reading( CET 6 is an advantage) ，good skills in Microsoft office

英语读写熟练（英语六级及以上优先）,办公软件运用熟练。

4. Good in communication with persons on different levels，ability to work under pressure

沟通表达能力好，能承受一定的工作压力。
