一.职位职责

1. Assist financial manager to develop the long term and short term investment strategies.

协助财务经理制定公司的长期及短期投资策略。

2. Manage and analyze the financial aspects of investment projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.

管理和分析公司的投资项目，评估项目财务结果，准备报告，为管理层提供投资交易的财务影响方面的建议。

3. Assesses, recommends and executes investment, financing and other financial activities; conducts project research and survey to provide feasibility report and review as a reference for the management team. Follow up the investment projects’ status and report to management.

评估推荐和执行投资、融资和其他财务活动; 配合财务经理进行有关重大投资项目的前期调研工作。跟进投资项目的情况并作出汇报。

4. Facilitate internal and external communication to guarantee a smooth cooperation between different departments. Back-up and support other team members if needed.

负责本部门和其他部门的沟通联络工作，确保沟通畅通。有必要的话，支持团队内其他员工的工作。

5. Perform other related duties assigned by the SVP.

其他本部门高级总监安排的工作。

二．职位要求

1. Bachelor degree，no Major requirement. Over two years work experience in finance or investment related. Experience in Real Estate Company is preferred.
本科及以上学历，专业不限，两年以上财务或投资相关工作经验。有房地产公司工作经验者优先。

2. Good English in writing and reading (CET 6 is an advantage), good skills in Microsoft office

英语读写熟练（英语六级及以上优先）,办公软件运用熟练。

3. Good in communication with persons on different levels。
