职位描述：
一、 日常主要工作职责：
（1）制定年度工作目标和年度计划，并带领下属实施；
（2）了解客户需求，完善工作程序，在合同范围内持续改进服务质量；；
（3）完成每周、每月服务工作报告；
（4）组织员工培训；
（5） 巡视检查，发现问题及时纠正。

二、 岗位要求:
1、有办公室支持（包括茶水间物料、办公室耗材/日用品管理等）、库房管理、保洁团队（30人以上团队）、绿化及虫控等管理经验，并了解相关工作程序及考核标准；
2、有5年以上主管岗位工作经历；
3、善于从沟通中了解客户/员工的需求、关注细节、能积极正面的引导下属，能应对突发事件及紧急需求。 举报 分享
