JOB OBJECTIVES:
To provide technical support on Styrenic business development (Plastic Injection Molding) in South China and Hong Kong

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop and improve existing product in terms of performance, quality and cost, and introduce them to customers
- To provide fast and best possible technical service to the customers
- To follow up on customer complaints in a fast, efficient, and professional manner and assist customers in their problem solving in the best possible manner
- To collect marketing information, develop new customers, and coordinate closely with sales to achieve sales target
- To promote the establishment of long term customer relationship to ensure a profitable customer base
- To prepare and keep documentation of all technical activities, finish all work according to quality system requirements
- To ensure that Styrolution and local regulations are observed within the company
- To coordinate closely with internal to ensure that consistent quality batches are produced in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Polymer Science or chemical is preferred
- At least 2-3 years technical service experience in the field of Styrenics (Plastic Injection Molding is a plus)
- Customer oriented with proactive and positive attitude
- Good personality and interpersonal communication skill
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Good computer operation skill
