Title: Area Sales Manager B2B



Location: Wuhan or Guangzhou



Responsibilities:

1. Manage the business of an area. Focus on B2B selling execution. Set up action plans based on the company's direct selling strategies. Well execute action plans to make sure that area sales targets are completely achieved.

2. Closely work with Marking & Gifting distributors to improve their management level, internal process efficiency and inventory control. Work closely with corporate clients to drive sales.

3. Lead area sales team in developing new Marking & Gifting distributors and corporate clients. Build up complete client network within the certain area.

4. Manage relationship with distributors and corporate clients in conjunction with B2B sales specialists.

5. Visit key distributors and corporate clients on a regular basis. Upgrade the market information and provide constructive suggestions to the company.

6. Provide coach and feedback to the team. Improve area sales team's competencies.

7. Set up individual's monthly, weekly and daily working plan and make it well executed.



Requirement:

1. Associate degree or above.

2. At least 5 years experiences in retail channel management. Experience in department store is preferred. Experience in FMCG or luxury industry is preferred.

3. Can develop channels independently. Good communication capabilities.

4. Strong negotiation skills.

5. Good planning skills. Good teamwork. Self-motivated.

6. Can afford high working pressure.

7. Basic writing and speaking skills in English.

8. Be good at Microsoft Office.

9. Can travel.
