职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Grow sales revenue in China area, work on coated textile related markets
2 Maintain customer relationship
3. Supply technical service to customers, work together with technical team and develop new market

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering etc.
- Above 5 years working experience in related market
- Must have expertise in sales and sale management and promotion
- Needs to be an excellent communicator in order to deal with difficult negotiations
- Must be a good traveler and able to understand, cope and manage cultural differences.
- Must be driven to learn the Stahl chemicals and customer needs
- Must have good knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Will have good financial awareness, profit/loss and cost structures.
- Will have experience in people management, effective use of resources
- Must speak English and Mandarin
- Have strong interpersonal networking skills
- Be people oriented
- Be an innovative and creative thinker who enjoys taking on challenges
- Be self-motivated
-Be well organized
-Have the skills to develop and maintain good relationships with strategic accounts
-Ability to demonstrate good leadership
-Be results oriented, pro-active and ambitious
-Have good decision making capabilities
-Be able to work under pressure
