职位描述：
主要职责：

1. Work with marketing manager to initiate event marketing plan in both B2B and B2C business perspectives. And constantly explores new concepts and new ways of event marketing as well as others.

2. Support Event Marketing Manager to organize and deliver all OUP marketing events including brand, industry and partner events with internal business teams and external agencies.

3. Work closely with related shareholder to provide solid pre-event proposal, event execution, and post-event report with result evaluation.

4. Work closely with product marketing team and digital marketing team to consolidate event planning into the consistent brand and product initiatives and to deliver integrated campaigns across offline and online.

5. Manage and champion the agencies and partners to optimize the effectiveness and impact of marketing events.

6. Well plan and manage event marketing budget with close tracking and timely report.

7. Well produce, organize and maintain marketing collaterals, corporate gifts and product inventory.

8. Work closely with compliance team and other counterparties to strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and other internal control process to go through vendor contract and payment procedure.

9. Support local business team by making sure the marketing strategy and plan developed from central marketing team has been clearly communicated locally and the resource provided by central marketing team has also been utilized well in BJ office. Help local business team to make sure their marketing requests have been well addressed in the marketing team functions accordingly as a contact window of marketing team in BJ.

10. Proactively find the business issue / problem, analyse the issue / problem by collecting relevant information from local team, and solve the issue / problem with marketing team work.

· Well-organized and self-disciplined to strive for upgrading of personal and corporate growth.

· Bachelor degree education or above

· Great command of English and Chinese, both in oral and written

· At least 3-year marketing experience in the education or publishing industry preferably

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Excellent internal and external communication skills

· Good presentation, analysis and reporting skills
