职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities:


1、Manage VSM of our company, Provide subjects for Gemba KAIZEN
2、Work with continuous improvement in RSGZ, use all possible tools and concept ( such as 6S, 7 wastes, PDCA and so on) to help improve performance of RSGZ
3、Well prepare the training material for Gemba Kaizen/6S training. Train and disseminate LEAN concept and knowledge.
4、Develop and monitoring Kaizen system, motivate everyone to contribution. Push for change
5、Together with each department make value stream mapping to optimize work flow
6、Plant re-layout
7、Time study and research standard process time, process improvement, act improvement, standardization work.
8、Optimize line balance
9、Work on projects about improving capacity, cycle time, quality and ergonomics.
10、New workplace design according to latest IE principles like MTM (method time measurement).
11、Production fixture design, maintenance, update.
12、Provide related new product instruction data and analysis.


Required skills/experience:

1、Hold an engineer degree. Such as: industry engineer or production engineer, or has relative education background, engineering background is perfect.
2、Familiar with LEAN philosophy
3、Has work experience with LEAN manufacturing
4、Fluent in written English, perfect in verbal and written Mandarin language
5、Team player with good communication skill
6、Happy to handle multiple projects
7、Have good organization and monitoring skills
8、Good at detect and solve problems
9、At least 5-year related working experience at Lean field.
