Necessary Condition:
Excellent English spoken and written skills.

Responsibilities:
1.Provide leadership role in initiatives that requires system and network administration work in technical as well as people management sphere
2.Work closely with Global Technology group to put in place equipment and software solutions in support of the business requirements
3.Collaborate and Align global technology group to ensure compliance in terms of Music Group Global IT Governance Policies, procedure and process.
4. Create and maintain project and processes documentation and artifacts in areas relating to Client, System, Database and Network Administration to facilitate effective knowledge base of environment in China .
5. Evaluate and contribute estimates needed to delivery System, Database and Network Administration related targets to ensure timeliness and alignment on the overall project goals.
6. Provide support on escalated issues or conduct escalation process to hardware and software vendors technical support.
7. Information Technology group and project stakeholder to resolve issues relating to System ,Database and Network Administration .

Requirements:
Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science Technology or related field or equivalent experience managing daily ,weekly and monthly initiatives in an IT operations environment
2.Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft and /or Linux Platforms ,MCITP:Enterprise Administrator and /or RHCE preferred
3. Excellent team player with good communication , organization and documentation skills . Ability to create clear ,concise reports as well as create and maintain complex infrastructure diagrams .

Experience
1.Has solid 1-2 years experience managing people
2.working experience in a manufacturing facility in China is desirable
3.Has solid 5-7 years experience working in a global MNC collaborating across-cultural technology teams
4.5-7+ years of system ,database and network administration experience managing a high volume, highly-available Linux- or Windows-based OLTP environment
