RESPONSIBILITIES
(Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities)
 
 
1. Business Development
Main Activities:
1）Be proactive in making marketing calls, presentations and follow-ups to build up pipelines.
2）Review business results and ensure the adherence of the marketing activities and plans.
3）Focus and development of business park.
4）Maintain the stability of existing customers.

2. Market Research
Main Activities:
1）Conduct and analyse market research studies to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
2）Conduct primary customer research; identify new market opportunities; analyses competitor activities.
3）Collect, compile, verify and analyses information from internal and external sources.
4）Maintain a database of market and competitor data as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for market studies.
5）Build up good relationship with Agent, Association; etc. to get marketing intelligence through various channels.

3. Marketing Promotions
Main Activities:
1）Execute marketing development plans, initiatives and programs.
2）Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.

4. Internal Communications
Main Activities:
1)Provide relevant marketing support – update and maintain database, presentation materials, specifications, floor plans, etc.
2)Coordinate with Property Management Department and Project Management Department to ensure smooth handover and takeover of premises.
3)Conduct and analyze government policy and build strong government relationship.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education
1)Bachelor Degree or above
2)Job related experience
3)5 years and above Sales or Marketing experience in MNC
