OVERALL PURPOSE:
An IT Business Partner works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. IT BP work to improve the structure and efficiency of an organization's IT systems.
IT BP may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT. They can also be used to provide guidance during selection and procurement as well providing highly expert technical assistance, and may be responsible for user training and feedback.
IT BP may be involved in sales and business development, as well as technical duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Delivery responsibility for business IT project according to the agreed objectives, budget and time frame to fully satisfy the customer.
2.Act as business partner for all production & operation sites in China to manage the relationship with internal customer (business)
3.Support, design and optimize related business applications
4.Manage business requirements and provide proper solutions accordingly
5.Control and monitor quality, progress and performance of the related business IT project
6.Coordinate & implement related global IT project roll-out in China
