职位描述：
1. Controls production activities to meet business objectives.
- To input process database to the system in a timely manner.
- SAP related issues, process order and monthly financial end
- Be involved in main raw materials stock take at monthly basis.
- Place orders for commonly consumed items purchase like cartridge, filter bags, etc.
- Delivery of daily documents for signature or documentation between Operation and other departments.
- Work on distribution of miscellaneous items.
2. Others
- Co-ordinates on meeting arrangement, transportation and food service support for production department..
- Works on attendance record and leaves application follow-up for production day-shift team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- University graduated, team work oriented.
- Above 1 year of prior experience in Chemistry industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to convey information in a clear, focused and concise manner.
- Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Proficiency with commonly used Microsoft Office software. 举报 分享
