Key responsibilities:

1 Development and maintaining of the resources and methods that are needed within the VCMS department to reach target fulfilment.

2 Lead and develop yourselves, people and business. Ensure that the VCMS department has the right skills both for the management maintaining and development.

3 Secure the co-operation with all departments to be able to reach common targets / goals related to VCMS implementation in the plant, including the own VCMS department.

4 Organize work and resources so that company objectives, short and long term are met in an effective way.

5 Utilize assigned company resources effectively to add value to the business and/or support value activities in the business.

7 Be responsible for the VCMS development, implementation and compliance within departments/areas within the function. In a systematic way drive action plan to achieve set targets

8 Manage negotiations with the related production managers and manufacturing engineering for technical questions related to balancing.
Where needed drive for changed or develop new agreements.
和相关生产经理以及制造工程方面与生产线平衡类技术问题的进行协调交流。如果需要，变更协议或达成新协议。
9 Communicate expectations and decisions to employees
和员工对各类期待和决策进行交流
10 Lead in a manner which drives the Volvo Car Culture
领导沃尔沃汽车文化的推动
11 Act as ambassador for Volvo Car Group both within the company and with external contacts

Qualification:

1 Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written

2 Proven leadership competence

3 Strong team player and relationship builder. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivator and flexible.

6 High skilled in Volvo Car Manufacturing total System and Lean
or equivalent car manufacturing systems

7 Good at analyzing and coordinating

8 Basic knowledge and experience for project management.

9 Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
