职位描述
1、负责生产、质量、工程部的日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
2、编制年度生产计划、生产作业计划，进行生产调度、管理和控制；
3、负责组织生产、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施执行；
4、设置并实施产品的进度、生产方法和流程，在质量、时间表和成本要求下保证高的生产效率；
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、3年以上生产制造企业管理经验，有机械、材料行业生产管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节；
4、熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程，熟悉生产质量的控制管理，熟悉ISO9001：2000质量体系；
5、具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力。
