工作职责：
1. 参与策划、实施公司传讯管理，包括企业视觉形象、广告新闻传播、公关活动管理， 帮助公司实现战略发展、公共关系及业务发展的各项目标。
2. 负责媒介关系开拓、维护。包括公司品牌、宣传文案的撰写及新闻稿的撰写与更新、发布；
3．负责公司相关市场及品牌情报收集和分析，参与危机公关管理；
4. 与业务部门协作组织、策划开展品牌推介活动; 开展公关活动、媒体活动方案制定、活动线上宣传及活动执行、总结等工作；
5. 负责公司官方网站、自媒体平台的运营管理；
6．完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
(a) Minimum
1. 本科或以上学历，传媒、中文或市场营销等相关专业毕业。
2. 4-7年公关、品牌、媒体等相关行业经验。
3. 具优秀的文字撰写和策划能力，能独立撰稿、提炼新闻要点、策划发布会。 英文听说读写能力优秀。
4. 熟悉各类媒体渠道，对于品牌传播、营销推广有较全面认识。
5．性格开朗勤奋，思维活跃，同时能承受较大的工作压力，具有良好的团队合作精神。
(b) Ideal (if any)
有与政府机构的沟通和协作经验。有跨国企业工作经验者。
Key Accountabilities and Objectives/Results
1. Plan, schedule execute PR programs, including corporate image, advertising, press releases, trade shows or seminars, internal and external meetings and events to support Corporate Strategy / PR Strategy and business objectives.
2. Explore and maintain media relations. Write and edit press releases to high standard consistent with company/brand messaging and editorial guidelines
3.Conduct related market/PR/promotional studies, research, analyses to support Corporate plans and crisis PR management.
4. Promote and support business activities/events in line with the company’s mission, objectives and business goals.
5.Establish and maintain related databases, materials, and documentations and ensure regular update of website, wechat, weibo.
6. other tasks assigned by the head of department.
Position Requirement
(a) Minimum
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Communications, Chinese or marketing.
2. 4 -7 years PR, branding, media relations, corporate affairs management experience,
3. Being a good communicator, with excellent writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English languages. Experience in drafting press releases, speeches, organizing press conference, pitching stories to the media.
4. Experience in media relationship management. With full knowledge
5. A good team player, Innovative & creative with can-do attitude, can work under pressure.
(b) Ideal (if any)
including liaisons with government agencies, public and corporations. Experience in multi-national companies preferred.
