3.新产品研发：负责油墨新产品研发，从归纳客户需求、设计方案直至产品定型
4.老产品改良：负责油墨老产品改良，从设计方案直至产品定型
5.积压品处理：参与油墨库存积压处理，给出处理方案
6.负责技术专利的撰写与保密工作
7.负责油墨研发团队的建设与日常管理工作
任职资格：
1.高分子专业博士
2.5年以上油墨研发经验，2年以上研发团队管理经验
