职位描述：
? Formulating the annual media strategy plan in line with marketing plan & promotion plan
? Setting up the right processes and timelines for media campaign with all the stakeholders involved
? Setting up the measureable KPI and right benchmark for each media campaign, e.g. Effective reach, clicks, etc.
? Co-ordinate with brand content team to ensure the media materials to be delivered to media vendor on time
? Monitor / track the media performance in real-time via 3th party tool and manage the media agency to optimize the media buying strategy timely
? Deep dive into the big data gained from digital media campaign and evaluate the media effectiveness and efficiency
? Completing the bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly report and present to top management timely
? Monitoring earned voice of METRO and key competitors in social environment
? Supporting the other business units strategizing media campaigns as per business objective and conduct the media buying
? Supporting the stores to conduct the media planning and media buying
? Excellent project management and data analysis
? Understanding of existing digital & social media channels and media tools, e.g. SEM, SEO, RTB, KOL, etc. as well as be curious of new & innovated media channels
? Performs a variety of tasks
? Working in a fast paced and cross functional environment
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
? Experience successfully interfacing with external vendors and media agencies
