Key responsibilities
工作职责:
1. Order coordinating & processing
订单的处理与跟进
2. Frozen item from North to South China sea freight operation
负责冻品从北方到南方的海运操作
3. Booking confirmation checking & DCs orders confirmation
对预订确认与DC的订单确认进行检查
4. Daily monitoring Inland delivery arrangement from port to DC
对从口岸到仓库的内陆运输安排进行日常监控
5. Shipping Schedule update to DCs every week
将每周的船期安排更新给仓库
6. Extension inventory reconciliation and debt list to 37 entities
整理库存对帐和债务清单
7. Submit Sales and Volume report for importation monthly
负责提交月度销量报告
8. Assisting damage claims to AIU Insurance
协助将破损报销申请提交给保险公司处理
9. Damage analysis for importation
对进口业务进行破损分析
10. Process invoice billing 36 markets documents for Accounting Department
将发票清单和36个市场的文件提交给财务部
11. JDE input 100% accuracy
将数据准确输入到JDE系统
12. Clearance and delivery on time as per order ETA
负责清关并确保准时交货
13. Extension inventory reconciliation for imported item and monthly sales statement reporting
提供进口货物和月度销售明细报表宜进行库存对帐


Key Qualification
岗位要求:

1. Over 1 year importation experience
1年以上的进口经验
2. A bachelor degree major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
本科以上学历,物流或供应链相关专业
3. ERP application experience
ERP系统的应用经验
4. Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, quick learner and able to work under pressure
工作积极主动,负责,能快速学习并能在压力下工作
5. Good interpersonal & communication skills
良好的人际沟通技能
6. Good execution and systematics mind-set
良好的执行力和工作有系统,有条例
