职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Supports expansion project in Sartomer Nansha plant:
- Provides full support to new project on control strategy setup
- Conducts DCS programming/review of new project together with control system vendor
- Builds up PI system of new project, including new points creation, batch reports optimization, trouble-shooting issues.
- Optimizes OTS system for new project and operators training.
- Follows up the hardwares and softwares installation for new project.
- Plays key role at FAT and SAT stage of the project.
- Compiles DCS related documents
- Maintains good relationship with project team
- Provides full support to commissioning and start-up of new project
2. Assists plant operations at DCS system and batch process
- Maintains DCS/PI system to assure smooth running;
- Trouble shooting for the control system to avoid any unexpected shutdown caused by DCS problems/deviations
- Leads DCS related projects or MOCs in the plant
- Monthly report on control system running status
- Identifies opportunities to optimize the existing control system
- Leads the alarm management of the plant
- Maintains and updates DCS lists (module list, alarm list, interlocks list and I/O list)
- Makes efforts to update the existing OTS system
- Involvement in incidents investigation relates DCS operation
3. DCS integration management
- DCS spare parts management – update and purchase
- DCS database backup
- Operators training.
- Keeps close watch on DeltaV system operation disciplines
- Organizes annual DCS functioning test.
- Follows up DeltaV system upgrade, license renewal, service contract and guardian support issue.
- UPS system maintain and management
4. HSEQ policies and ethics.
- Adheres to Sartomer’s & Arkema’s HSEQ policies and ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF THE POSITION:
- 3 yrs (or above) working experience on DCS project management in chemical or petrochemical industry.
- College education required, with Bachelor’s degree (or above), majored in Automation Technology, the candidate should have rich experience on DCS programming and management.
- Familiar with DCS operation and trouble shooting, working experience on Emerson DeltaV system is preferred
- Be good at spoken and written English.
- Good coordination and communication skill.
- Strong learning ability.
