职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Collect and escalate critical customer feedback to higher ups for possible product/service and/or overall handling improvement
- Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions & file documents (e.g. Inquiries, comments, complaints & actions taken)
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications
- College graduate with 2 years relevant experience in Supervisory/Executive Level
- Team player & people oriented
- Speak and write fluent English. Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- High attention to detail and good judgment ability
- Knowledge in report preparation, data & case analysis
