Overview
This individual will be responsible for production workshop management, to organize, motivate, supervise and control production line operators in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals. Good understanding of 5S, demand-pull principles, quality issues, environmental, protection, employee, asset and satiety (i.e. fire) issues is required. Day to day workshop scheduling knowledge and supervisory skills, team building and team development skill is desirable.


Responsibilities
？ Manage workshops, execute production progress, methods and workflow, make and finish production plans.
？ Provide adequate training to operators and inspectors and maintain qualified operators and inspectors per quality and schedule requirements.
？ Ensure product line installation is qualified before start production.
？ Ensure Work Instructions are strictly followed at all operations.
？ Handle the product adequately to prevent damage & deterioration.
？ Verify non-conforming products and materials.
？ Monitor production output performance to ensure finished goods delivery meeting customer requirements.
？ Manage the Monthly Production Schedule and maintain the control of the production schedule, quality and cost effectiveness
？ Take corrective and preventive actions on quality issues.
？ Verify that products are conformed to customer requirements.
？ Coordinate and resolve customer complaints for volume products.
？ Record production data accurately and analyze results
？ Maintain adequate measurement capability of inspection and measuring equipment.
？ To control production line inventory to target level.

Education and Experience
？ Five year working experience in Manufacturing.
？ Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in joint-venture speakers/audio/electronic production enterprise.
？ Engineering degree, preferably in industrial or Mechanical Engineering
？ A strong leader personality with the ability to motivate everyone
？ A passion to continually find new ways to improve product quality, cut cost and keep workers happy
