职位描述：
- Handling overseas transportation of both import and export under various INCOTERM, and from / to different countries.
- Working closely with Purchasing, internal Imp.&Exp. team, suppliers and forwarders to manage overseas transportation including checking shipping documents, making picking-up, booking vessel / air space, processing transportation certifications and so on.
- Signing Frame Contract with logistic service providers including Forwarder, customs broker, etc., being responsible for daily monitoring of service suppliers and regularly reviewing their performances, prices and so on.
- Checking the monthly costs of all logistic activities including overseas transportation, customs clearance services and so on, and processing payment requests.
- Recording and making analysis of all logistic costs by product value, product type, costs ratio, etc.
- Setting up standard process of handling overseas transportation, and also standard methodologies of managing logistic costs.
- Achieving the target of annual cost-down of logistic function.
- Achieving continuous improvements and win-win partnership with logistic service suppliers.

Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree and above, major in logistics or international trade is preferred.
- At least five years working experiences in handling overseas transportation and customs clearance.
- Keen on the practical operation of Imp.&Exp. transportation, can make professional comparing of the price, capabilities and performances.
- Well understand the concept and overall handling process of Imp.&Exp. transportation, customs clearance, so that be well able to handle and manage the overseas transportation and logistics costs.
- Very proactive thinking manner, super good at finding out problems and solving problems.
- Professional, solid, mature, calm mindset and personality, meanwhile can perform tough and cope with tough working situations.
- Detail-oriented, meanwhile can achieve high efficiency in work.
- Deeply perform and motivate team-working, very good at communication and coordination, strong sense of responsibility.
