职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1.Work with the planning colleagues to analyze material demands and release forecast and purchasing order to suppliers;
2.Optimize and manage the material supplying to ensure on-time delivery with right quantity and good quality;
3.Maintain reasonable goods stock level to meet monthly inventory target; take actions to reduce E&O,
4.Communicate with Logistics, Quality, Production and supplier to ensure goods schedule meet company needs;
5.Maintain SAP data timely to ensure the reliable stock, effectual order status, reschedule PO with vendor based on forecast fluctuation
6.Prepare for payment application;
7.Evaluate and manage suppliers’ performance timely;
8.Take other assignments from superior.

工作职责：
1.与排产计划人员共同协作，分析物料需求情况，做好物料订单及向供应商下单；
2.最大限度地对物料进行管理，保证物料的及时送达，确保物料的保质保量送达；
3.维持合理的库存量以达到月度库存管理目标，采取有效措施降低过剩及呆滞物料库存；
4.与物流部、质量部、生产部及供应商保持良好沟通，保证物料送达安排符合公司的要求；
5.及时更新SAP数据以保证准确的库存数量，有效的订单状态，并根据预期订单变动情况，与供应商及时沟通交期的调整；
6.负责订购物料的付款申请；
7.及时对供应商进行管理和评估；
8.完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Internship colleague student or fresh graduate is welcome;
3.Familiar with PC, office, especially excel; With SAP experience is preferred;
4.Good at spoken and written English.

1.本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.招聘对象为在校实习生或2017年应届毕业生；
3.熟练操作电脑办公软件，特别是Excel,；如具备SAP系统操作经验者优先考虑；
