职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with LO Director to ensure accurate budgeting and cashflow management by meeting tight.

2. Responsible for executing all statutory and corporate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements as outlined in local law and corporate policy. Stay current with changes to policy and law and proposes business changes to ensure compliance to said policies and laws.

3. Ensure monthly direct business funding on an accurate manner, following up the payment process and maintain a sufficient cash balance.

4. Independently manage annual external audit and internal audit review.

5. Compliance in the import and export business in terms of the general trade and processing trade

6. Compliance in the CIT and VAT filing and reporting

7. Maintain positive open lines of communication with all Columbia Sportswear business partners, management, staff, and other departments in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.
