1.负责新销售团队的日常管理工作，包括招聘，培训和业务管理3大主要内容。
2.主导所属团队日常管理与培训：帮助、培养团队成员成长，达成不同阶段的能力要求；
3.协助销售有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈，提高客户满意度；
4.协调部门与大部门及其余外接部门的沟通和协调，确保团队运作顺畅

任职要求：
本科(含)以上学历
2年以上互联网、电子商务及广告销售经验；1年以上销售团队管理经历，电话销售方面优先考虑。
热爱销售工作，进取心、责任心强，学习能力及抗压能力突出；
思维敏捷，有良好的表达能力和沟通技巧；能独立发现和解决问题。

薪资情况：
底薪8-10K之间, 季度考核奖励
